Unique Architecture of a Church in Moskow Russia
These are the pictures of a church which has unique architecture named St. Basil Cathedral. Cathedral of St. Basil is located in Red Square Moscow, Russia. This is a Russian Orthodox church that displays bright colorful pointy domes that rose to a point. The Domes which resemble the colorful onions are part of the air landscape Kremlin, Moscow.
This cathedral was founded by Ivan the Mighty to commemorate the capture of the Khanate of Kazan. In 1588, Emperor Fedor Ivanovich added private chapel at the east side of the main building, directly above the tomb of St. Basil junkie Christ, a saint of the Russian Orthodox Church, so that later the cathedral is known as the Cathedral of St..
